SCHEME FOR DISMANTLING THE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR WALLS AND ROOF TO ENABLE RECONSTRUCTION OF A COMPLETELY RECONFIGURED APARTMENT LAYOUT.
ROOF VOID OVER THE OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE SPACE BY RAISING THE ROOF TIES AND EXPOSING THEM AS FEATURES.
