PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

PLANNING PERMISSION TO PROVIDE A CONDENSER UNIT IN AN 

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE ON THE REAR PART OF THE ROOF IN THE 

MAYFAIR CONSERVATION AREA.
SCHEME FOR DISMANTLING THE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR WALLS AND ROOF 
TO ENABLE RECONSTRUCTION OF A COMPLETELY RECONFIGURED APARTMENT LAYOUT.

ROOF VOID OVER THE OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE SPACE BY RAISING THE ROOF TIES AND EXPOSING THEM AS FEATURES.

THE PROJECT INVOLVES COMPLEX PARTY WALL NEGOTIATIONS WITH SEVERAL ADJOINING OWNERS.
