PRIVACY NOTICE

The new GDPR General Data Protection Regulation law came into force on 25th May 2020.

The purpose of this regulation is to protect personal data, and this notice is to clarify what information we collect and what we do with it, and how you can access it should you wish to do so.

We do not trade personal data for commercial purposes and will only disclose it if required by law, necessary to arrange your event attendance, or with your consent.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION 

GDPR requires that you confirm you are happy for us to both hold your details on our database and to contact you. We will assume your are given your consent once contacted by you.

We only collect your contact details on our database if directly contacted by you via email. The information we collect from you (supplied voluntarily) is kept secure, safe, accurate and relevant.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

You can exercise your ‘right to be forgotten’ at any time and can request we erase your personal data. This will be erased on receiving your instruction, unless an exception applies that permits for us to continue processing your data for legal reasons.

VISITORS TO OUR WEBSITE

When you visit our website, we use a third party service, Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to various parts of the website. The information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone.

The right to be informed, which is what this privacy policy is for.
The right to access what data we hold about you.

The right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.

The right to data portability.
The right to have your data rectified if it is inaccurate.
The right to have your data restricted or blocked from processing.
