BERMONDSEY FOR BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND OFFICE USES.

 

FOLLOWING PRE-APPLICATION ADVICE FROM THE LOCAL

PLANNING AUTHORITY WE PREPARED SEVERAL SCHEMES 

FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY AS A MIXED USE

BUILDING FOCUSED PRIMARILY ON GENERATING NEW 

APARTMENTS FROM FIRST TO FOURTH FLOORS THAT

MET SOUTHWARK COUNCIL’S HOUSING STANDARDS.
