FIRE DOORS ON HOLD-BACKS CONCEALED IN ‘PORTALS’ 

ALONG THE CORRIDORS.

NEW SUSPENDED CEILINGS, LIGHTING, COMFORT COOLING,

FINISHES, AND SIGNAGE THROUGHOUT

PHASE 1 WORKS COMPLETED

PHASE 2 RESIDUAL AREAS DESIGNED TO RIBA STAGE 4

AWAITING CLIENT INSTRUCTION TO PROCEED TO CONSTRUCTION
